Large local employer,Domestic & General, has announced the creation of multiple Quality Assurance roles, in addition to the 50 new jobs announced in September at its growing Brighton contact centre.
Created in response to business growth and increasing agent roles, the eight Quality Assurance vacancies must be filled between now and early December.
Recruitment Manager Lucy Bunyan said: “Quality is at the heart of everything we do – that’s why we’re looking for self-motivated individuals to work in our quality team. The main responsibility of successful candidates will be to ensure we consistently deliver excellent customer service. We’re looking for individuals with high attention to detail and proven customer service experience.”
Successful applicants will also have access to a lively sport and social calendar and extensive health and wellbeing initiatives including free health checks, fresh fruit and flu-jabs.
The announcement of new roles coincides with the opening of Domestic & General’s recent office extension. Renovation work began on the disused building adjacent to Domestic & General’s existing offices at the end of last year. With works now complete, the 4,704-square foot extension boasts an additional 70 workstations, upgraded training facilities and additional meeting and recruitment suites.
